按適用的證券法例及監(jiān)管規(guī)定，AGBA或會(huì)不時(shí)在公開(kāi)市場(chǎng)回購(gòu)股份。公開(kāi)市場(chǎng)回購(gòu)將根據(jù)經(jīng)修訂的1934年證券交易法（「交易法」）第10b-18條進(jìn)行。
任何股份回購(gòu)的方式、時(shí)間和金額將由AGBA管理層根據(jù)其對(duì)普通股交易價(jià)格、市場(chǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、監(jiān)管要求和其他公司考慮因素等，作出評(píng)估及自行決定。
有關(guān)授權(quán)于2024年4月18日到期，并可能隨時(shí)暫停或終止。公司亦沒(méi)有義務(wù)回購(gòu)任何數(shù)量的普通股。
